This Council Fire is made up of Clan Mother's of each Council Fire Community.  A Clan Mother is the female representative of a clan and community and is responsible of all aspects of actions that serve the best interest of the clan and community.

Each Autonomous Clan Council Fire/Community will have a Council of Grandmothers who will choose a Clan Mother to be the representative of the collective Clan/Family Female Heads of a community.
